How long does it take to be ready?

In order to make real progress and experience the benefits of our training, it is recommended that you follow our sessions for a minimum of 3 months. Obviously, this figure is given as an indication because it depends above all on your objective and your current physical level.

How long does the program last?

The duration of our programs is unlimited. You can follow programs that will develop your endurance, your strength, or even both. We aim to develop sessions in as many different disciplines as possible: running, swimming, cycling...

In addition, we add sessions and programs every DAY. You can never do the same sessions twice.

Do I need any equipment?

No. We have made it possible for as many people as possible to have access to serious training and preparation without equipment.

I have a busy schedule, can I adapt my training to my constraints?

Yes, this is one of the advantages of our preparation. You can adapt the programs and sessions to your schedule. Moreover, most of our sessions are short and quick to set up.
